win2k ICS problem

hey. I have a computer using win2k advanced server running ICS. It works fine except if a client tries to login to hotmail, they are unable to. It just times out. Any ideas what is wrong? thanks in advance....

Do you know of any other websites that use SSL that I might see if it is a SSL problem or just unique to hotmail. Top
