For some reason, Outlook isn't launching, it gives me an error

Error signature
AppName: msimn.exe AppVer:6.0.2600.0 ModName: directdb.dll

I remembered before that there was a place where you could access to repair installations, like IE etc..but forgot, can somebody help me?

Try replacing that .dll with a new one. Or rename that dll and see if you get any other errors that may help.
