iPhone App - ReceiptsOnDisk recommend

Has anybody heard of this app ReceiptsOnDisk - to capture receipts on iPhone. How is it?

I see it has only 2 star, is it ok?

I do not know as it, but it is pleasant to me iPhone, road, and on functionality weak.
