Need Help Removing Sims Complete Edition

I'm in a major dilemma. I had the Sims installed on my computer once before. My dog chewed a couple of gashes and holes into Disk 1. Now I cant remove it in order to install the new one I have. What do I do????? (Without a credit card).

Why cant you remove it?
If you just failed to uninstall the program, you can use the Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel to have a try.
