Cisco Wireless adapter not recognized in Win 2003

Hi all,

I am having a problem trying to get the internal wireless adapter recognized by the OS: Win 2003 svr.

ENV:
OS: Win2003 Svr SP2
HW: Cisco PCI Wireless Adapter ( Internal)

Problem: Win 2003 does not recognize the Cisco PCI Wireless Adapter in device mgr.
Have tried to add new HW and no luck.
Have downloaded what i think is the correct drivers and placed in \Drivers dir.

I would be interested in knowing if anyone has successfully setup a internal wireless on the local 2003 srv, and if you could please pass along guidence.
