i ve been tryii need to open aport for my xbox 360

ive been trying to open a port to allow my xbox a good connection. but everything i try doesnt work. ive been using instructions with portforward.com

but even their way doesnt seem to work. problem is they dont tell you what u need to put in.

i know that the xbox uses ports 88 and 3074. ive added these but i don know wether it needs to be outbound or inbound traffic, aparently the 3074 port needs to be on both, and the 88 port on one, but neither xbox.com, portforward.com or even netgear.com tells me how

i almost threw my router across the room yesterday, its really aggravating me now.

thanks, it hasnt worked as of yet, i now know exactly which ports to create but i just need to know which ones are inbound service and which ones are outbound service.
