main module connection problem

When I connect, I window comes on that says "Main Module" problem has occurred and I have to close and it kicks me out of connection. But the funny thing is if I don't close the window, I can still work around the window like go into google. What do I do? I have tried to reinstall Netscape but problem still persists.

Are you saying that when you open up Netscape that you receive this error? Try using a different browser to see if you still receive the error.

Also, are there any entries in your event viewer which help explain your problem? It will most likely be an Error message marked in red. Check that out and let us know.

I think I solved the problem- did have red highlight alerts and fixed them by updating. Thanks for the help.
