Domain User name and Password

Hello Friends

I have one doubt. I am Administrator of Windows 2003 Server (Active Driectory Configured). I want to see the all the Domain Username and Password.

Whether it is possible in Windows 2003?

Or any software available to view the password.

If your an Domain Admin of your domain you can easily reset your password using Active Directory Users and Computers.
