Symantec Antivirus Copr edition

I have Symantec antivirus corporate edition v9. It has been running well for a long time however just over the last few weeks about a third of the clints have stopped getting updated, the rest are fine.

Has anyone seen this before or got any ideas. I have tried re-installing the server/client software and copying the vdx file and some have updated but there are still others that dont

Have you tried to contact the symantec support team?
if someone is specialized in that program it gotta be them =)
