Game crashes after I beat Yuffie and goes to my desktop with an error WHAT TO D

When I find Yuffie in the forest and beat Her it shows my exp gain and items found then the game crashes to my desktop with an error, I had the same problam with the chocobo race and got the patch for it and now that works but is there a patch for whats going on now? HELP MEEEEE

I've experience the same thing that after beating yufie .... game crashes.... please help us out ....

i have the same problem! beat yuffie then it crashes. have installed the chocobo patch (which sorted out my first problem) and windows xp 1.3 patch but that hasn't helped...someone help please!!

Unfortunately I haven't played FF7 on
PC, yet "only" on PS, and I still think
that only patch could help here.

I'm having the same problem, beat yuffi and game crashes.

the FFVII that I have is an EA-Classics port of the game not the Eidos port. do we all have EA port?

Just wanted to update this I am haveing the same issue. I read on another forum that if you run the game with quarter screen mode it won't crash. I didn't have any luck for my game. So if someone could post with a solution for this that would be great.

And I fixed it! if you have this issue is what I did. I have a notebook with an ATI grapics card in it. I DL'd the TNT patch and installed (follow the instructions on how to use the TNT patch, that is included with the zip file)

i had this same problem, somewhere on a guide site i saw a warning at the bottom saying the PC version can crash after the battle, and to try a different forest than the one it crashed on. tried it, went to a different forest than the one i was in, and it worked. no crash

PS. mines the EIDOS one :P
