Untitled thread

I have a problem with windows media player 10. I just bought my computer 1 week ago, whenever I try and use windows media player in my login it locks up and stops responding. On my wifes login it works just fine. I can open the application and when I try and use any of the tools or open the media library, the application locks up and stops responding. Any suggestions?

It is indeed unfortunate that you may have only had your system a week, but it is not too early for spyware. You should, if you haven't already, download Microsoft's AntiSpyware, Ad-Aware, and Spybot Search and Destroy. Run them all first. Then go here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx to download the Windows Media file and reinstall it.
