Digital Video Recorder..CCTV....any thoughts?

Been investigating several hardware vendors of DVR's for use with Closed Circuit Cameras.

I'm relativly new to hardware security.

Here's my needs.
IP access.
Ability to do external backup - via IDE or SCSI (as unit will have internal drive of 40-80Gb)
Secure access. (been using no-ip.com and dyndns.org over 1.5 DSL connection it works )

This is what I'm looking at. EchoVue here's there plugin. From live cameras.
