Turn off LiveUpdate for NAV coporate edition

i have NAV Coporate Edition 7.51.854 and want to turn off LiveUpdate from automatically downloading. how do i go about doing this?

Go to File\Schedule Updates, and uncheck (Enable Scheduled Automatic Updates) or you can just click on Schedule new rules.
