Linksys BEFSR41 Rourter and ICQ file transfers

Here is my problem. I'm using the Linksys BEFSR41 Router on our home network here, but I can upload files over ICQ with no problems at all. However, I cannot receive files via ICQ. I am using ICQ 2001 v5.17 and would like to know if anyone else has encountered this problem and fixed to problem somehow. Could you pleae let me know what I have to do to fix the problem. Thanks much appreciated!

Here's a link on the ICQ page that tells what you need to do, but basically you will have to set the router up to forward ports to your computer.

Specifically, pay attention to the "listening ports".
