UT and Intellipoint mousedrivers - 02/03/01 11:05 PM

When I made a bat file for UT(unrealtournament), I had 20 fps more, then without the file. I've got a Intellimouse explorer and I have to install the drivers, if I wanted to use the the side buttons.
The bat file uses a lot of the cpu, so if i press in UT on the large side button(large size button is my rocketlauncher :), it'll only work after 5 sec or something. If I play without the bat file, the mouse works fine, but UT doesn't work good at al then. frown

If the difference of "Good" and "Not good at all" is 20FPS, then get another processor. UT is very sensitive to processor speed, so just upgrade/overclock the processor. Just don't run at different priorities than default as you will kill any other services running in the background (if not immediately, they will fail sooner or later).
