    Problem with win2k

Hi Morning ! I actually did this at my office. I need some control of the PCs.Do you have any suggestions so that the users can run the applications program but don't have the right to install/uninstall them under win2k pro ?Coz when I asign the user the "user right "they just simply can't run most of the application progs like adobe, macromedia etc ... Anyone ? Thanks.
