    Startup and Suthdown time of XP-OS

    Hi, I am KM Bappi.I am using WXP-SP3 OS. The problem is when I starts my PC it takes a lot of time to come the desktop invironment.Also happens when I go to shutdown it.How can I optemize those time.Please healp me.
