When i tried to run the sims 2 game i get this error message: "Failed to find any DirectX9.0c compatible graphic adapters in the system!Please make sure that you have compatible graphic adapters and have installed the latest driver..." But before i reformatted my pc,it was ok.I believe that the problem comes from the fact that i reformatted my pc.I already downloaded and installed directx but it does not appear in the dxdiag!!!Please help!!

I have approximatively the same problem as edaz:when i run dxdiag,only the direct sound works for me.A few days ago i reformatted my pc,i believe that the problem comes from that.I already downloaded directx 9.c but still nothing.Help me please!!!
