    Game Elements Wireless Controller (GGE917)

I only have a phone running at 2.4GHz (same frequency as controller) and i tried unplugging that, still nothing. I have a baby monitor but that's 900MHz - could that still interfere?

    Game Elements Wireless Controller (GGE917)

BUMP Still need some help, been 3 days since i emailed 'tech support' and no reply.
  4. Need some help here. I recently bought this controller and it seems to install properly, but it doesn't respond to windows game pad config or within games. It shows up fine in device manager and in Madden NFL 06, but I get nothing out of it. The red and green LEDs on the pad itself are blinking (according to the manual, it means it needs to be charged - but when I put it on the dock, the charge light turns green after a few minutes - green means fully charged). I've tried un/re-installing the pad, but to no avail. No website/support address is listed in the manual, only an email. Gonna send my issue to them, but I predict I'll get an answer here first.

    A Note On Overclocking CPUs

Yeah, as i figured neither one worked, i didn't expect much out of the amd, seeing as it's been sitting around for 2 years. what do you mean, exactly, by physically damaged - the pins/connectors?

    Intel D915PBL (775 3.4GHz) + PSU Question

I went ahead and ordered the one I was gonna go with anyway. Newegg is a good company and they take PayPal, so that's a plus! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817193004 I really didn't have the funds, but I get paid on Wednesday, and PayPal usually takes 2 days to take from my checking account. So I should have it by then anyway.

    A Note On Overclocking CPUs

Complete BS? I dunno, but I've got 2 possibly fried chips due to overclocking. AMD Athlon XP 2800 and an Intel Prescott 2.8 Worth a shot, what do I got to lose? I will report back in a day or two.

    Intel D915PBL (775 3.4GHz) + PSU Question

This is what I figured. Which sucks, cuz I'm broke now (also bought a 60GB Photo iPod - upgraded my 20GB) So I have to wait about another week (ugh) to get the new PSU. What generic brand did you pick up? I was looking at the SkyHawk/Eagle 520 Watt for about $46 USD.
  9. Hi! New user, 1st post. I've just purchased an Intel D915PBL MB and am wondering about this ALTERNATE POWER CONNECTOR. I have a 450 Watt PSU and it doesn't have one of these connectors. Can I simply use one of the IDE power connectors? It has a 20-pin power source, but I have a 20-pin to 24-pin adapter. I read somewhere that if 24-pin connector is used, you don't need the alternate power connector attached. Would this be true even though I'd be using the 20-pin to 24-pin adapter? I'm still waiting on my RAM and Video card to arrive before I hook this up. Just wanna make sure I don't need to buy a new PSU as well, and possibly destroy the MB/CPU/RAM. So, can I use the IDE power cable as the ALTERNATE POWER CONNECTOR? Or Can I use the 20-pin to 24-pin Power Source Adapter and skip the ALTERNATE POWER? Or Do I need to buy a new PSU altogether? Any help is appreciated.
