heyyy everyone, i am trying to set up a Software update Services Server. The thing is dat it has worked only now it doesnt anymore. IIS didnt work anymore couldnt start its services so i just reinstalled IIS and SUS. but now it doesnt work. after a while searching why i know now that the problem is that the self extractor (Win32 Cabinet Self-Extractor SFX CAB) doesnt extract itself runs a script and stops. normally it extract itself runs a few scripts then starts the setup. i installed by extracting it mannually cause of that. i think thats the reason it doenst work. Why doesnt it start the setup anymore i had that b4 at home but that wasnt really a prob. specs w2k server 2x p pro 200 mhz 1Gb mem compaq proliant 6500 loads of hdd's thx anyways greetz Atom(Randy)

Goodday! Me got a lil problem. I want to add drivers for my raid controller HP ServeRaid 642 to a cd-rom based image(RIS). I found a few ways to that but all ways won't work. I get this critical stop after reboot from text mode part of the setup. it says: inaccable boot device. can please anyone help me? Greetings Atom

Well, i found something that it could be. If you select ghost in the mennu then it works just fine. but when you select ris it hangs almost directly. as i see in network monitor it try's to comuinicate with a standard adres. anyone knows how i can change this in the boot menu. created with 3com boot image creater?

Well, maybe to this question. somebody know how to change the port number that the BINL uses?

Hello! My first post so better make it a good one . Anyways. I need to set up a ghost Ris and altiris server. It can be done we had one running with ghost and ris. We are using 3com bootservice for PXE server. we have a menu where u can choose one of the the 3. but when we from the network on a client it hangs after it loads a menu en b4 it loads the menu options. anybody have an idea.
