Hi, I have a usb bridge network. ifconfig usb0 192.168.0.1 is ok. The cable is detected. Pub there's no ping between Linux and windows xp. Windows xp's ip is 192.168.0.2. The cable works because the network works very well between windows xp and windows xp. I can see with ifconfig that packets has been sent but nothing received. Please help me if you know

Try: ifconfig usb0 192.168.0.1 if you have no error, it's ok, otherwise your usb bridge isn't detect. then, try: ping 192.168.0.2 if the client configured this ip. if no ping !! You'll be like me!!!
