I am running a dual boot system consisting of win98se and win2k until my new soundcard gets here which will be win2k compatiable. My turtle beach montego 2 card is pos cause it makes windows 2k freeze but ohwell.

When im on Win2k so queit it is with no card. The beep from the cpu is enough to make you go mad.When i try and shut it down.. it does nothing.. move my mouse over my systray everything dissapears.. hit the shut down command from start again and bam it shutsdown.

Whats making it not completly finish the shut down command the first time?
