Question about KT7A- Raid

I am going to set this computer up very soon with W2k, probably Voodoo5 5500 AGP and the rest that is in my signature. Can someone tell me the best setup method for this? W2K first? What about flashing the bios or Via drivers? Thanks if anyone that has this motherboard and running W2K can let me know. Thanks
