Frequent crashing!

Last night my computer crashed nine times. I just built it a week ago.I get the blue screen saying something is wrong with the file system and its doing a physical memory dump and to see the Sysadmin. Any Thoughts? confused confused confused

Stats:
Windows 2000 Pro + Service Pack 1 and all the other updates
Pentium III GHZ Processor
384 Megs of High Grade Kingston RAM
1. Floppy drive (obviously)
1. Pioneer 16x40 DVD Rom
1. Phillips 4x4x24 CD-RW
2. IBM 7200 RPM 76.8GB Hard Drives
1. G-Force2 MX Video Card
1. Sound Blaster Live MP3 Sound Card
1. SOHOWare Network Interface Card

you need to supply more info on what you were doing when it crashed, etc.

At one point I was uploading some files, and another I was downloading some, and another I was rendering an animation, at another I was doing a disk defrag, at another I clicked the start menu, and at another I started up the computer.
