Visual Studio conflicts IE

Hi,

I just installed Visual Studio 6 (SP4). Sometimes, when I am working in IE, it gives me a messages.. Do you wish to Debug?. This didn't happen before? I turned off Attach debugging to this machine in Visual IterDev, but doesn't work.

Please help!
