Hello. When I'm trying to retrieve the track names of a CD, I get an error msg "Unable to connect to album information provider. Check your Internet settings and try again". What's wrong ?

There some problems with download managers like GetRight and CD Player Deluxe...

Today, I noticed that the problem isn't with the software. The problem is with the function of "Catch Clicks Within Internet Explorer", if you disable it then CD Player Deluxe download songs names without problems. Bye.

i know this probably doesnt help anyway, but i recommend using a different CD player. The one built into Windows is really crappy because it doesnt use the CDDB to download track names and you can't even update the database when you have a CD it doesnt recognise.
