Problems with Agfa ScanWise

After I installed an Agfa Snapscan 1212p, including Agfa ScanWise scanning software, I noticed that only an administrator could start the ScanWise program. A normal user would get an error message stating:
"ScanWise is unable to initialize language specific strings, because the language file is probably corrupt or can not be found. As a result ScanWise will close."
I know this is a mather of rights but how do I enable the user to scan without giving him admin rights ?
