I've bought a HP 6300C scanner five months ago and it came bundled with PrecisionScan 2.00. The problem i have is that this soft has problems under Windows 2000 PRO and USB connection. HP says that i need version 2.01 or later to use it under Win2k. My problem is that there is no update patch or anything for that in HP's site except a small "DO NOTHING" patch for win2k Update version ONLY.

I could order their new CD but they have no email or online order so i must phone them (in England for us in Europe). Anybody knows if i can find PrecisionScan 2.01 or an updater online ?

If you know please help because people in HP don't know what means "customer support".
