You're not alone - BID is busted by sp1 as is Zone Alarm. Glad I made a ghost backup of my Win2000 partition :-)

Black Ice already has an update. Download and install it and it will update the "blackdrv.sys" and all will be fine.....

I just ran the update from within BID and it said I had the latest version. Where did you get this update???

ZoneAlarm works when you set the Internet security level to medium ... not perfect but it works, you'll mainly use your stealth status.
I guess we'll see a patch/updated version early next week (don't forget SP1 is not even officially released yet).

I am currently running BID 2.1.22 (2.1.u) and after installing SP1 and reinstalling BID everything works just fine and have had no problems at all. I'm not sure what the very latest version is but i know my copy works. ZoneAlarm was giving me problems before and after I set up SP1 on this computer (Win2k Asv Server)

. Issue: Windows 2000 SP1 causes BlackICE to report a "filter failed"
event.

Resolution: Fixed

Enjoy !

. Issue: Under certain conditions, BlackICE crashes on startup causing
the red slash to show up.

Resolution: Fixed
