Help
now that i'm using win2000 this program installs, but i can't download neither voicemessages, nor fax, from the modem to the harddisk to listen to them or print them. could anyone please help me? thank you very much!

hi everybody,i have a USRobotics Message modem (fax ability with a shut down pc), and i've always used the bundled software (WinPhone, also known as PhoneTools, ver.2.1.1a) with win98.
now that i'm using win2000 this program installs, but i can't download neither voicemessages, nor fax, from the modem to the harddisk to listen to them or print them. could anyone please help me? thank you very much!
