Help Carbon Copy 32 in win2k!

Ive just installed my carbon copy 32 V5.0 in my machine. but when I configure to connect to my remote machine in dialup network, it says that "Dial-up Networking is not installed on your system. To use this feature, you must install the Dial-up networking component shipped with windows". What does this means? if dial-up was not installed in my system, how come that i can make contact to my internet provider?

Any idea guys!
