Win2k Pro FAT32 convert to NTFS?

I would like to try out NTFS. Can I convert from FAT32 to NTFS without formatting? If so how?

K, I just found out it's:

convert c: /fs:ntfs from the prompt for anyone who is wondering. I've just gotten tired of those drive consistency errors on bootup. I had run NTFS with Win2k Pro before I had to format and never got those errors.
