Scheduled Tasks?

Hey,
Is there a way to run defrag from 'schedule tasks'? Not just to turn the program on, but to run it (i.e. at 5 in the morning, my computer defrags one of my partitions and then another) without my intervention? Is there a way? Otherwise, what is the whole point of 'scheduled tasks'?
