Novell Login/2000 Login Repetative...how to get rid of 2000

I am installing w2k pro on a novell network. I want the machine to be used by several users, all who need to login to the novell network. However, after they login to novell, 2k tries to have them enter another login name and password for it. How do i disable this screen without having to create all those accounts on this machine?
I know there's a way to do it, I just can't find it.
