NTkernel Bluescreen

What causes this error?

I was reinstalling Flight Sim 2000
It asked me to put cd 2 in the drive, once i ejjected my cd, i got that blue screen error, ahd to reboot. Very irrating

BTW

I have a Pioneer 6xdvd/12xscsi cdrom drive (internal)

Never really had a problem with it, been running fine for 3 months now
