Sound in a Asus P4S8X

I have installed Red Hat 9.0 and there is no sound. The onboard sound card is the AD1980 or SoundMax Digital Audio. If anyone could help me or say me a site with the drivers... frown ;( [/b]

My Dell 4550 came with a high dollar Turtle Beach card I could never get to sound right. I also programed another new Dell with onboard sound that wouldn't work. If you can't get yours to work, an inexpensive and effective solution is to just buy an off the shelf Soundblaster. RH 9 will confiure it for you! I'm very pleased with mine. smile
