Transparency in Win2k

I noticed in some reviews that you could set certain windows to be transparent or see-through by using a third party program. Does anyone know a program that will do this?

wow window blinds are really neat :P

where do you guys download your skins? www.skinz.org ? www.deskmod.com ?

Its a great app... its kinda flakey sometimes with refreshing a lot I think, buts its a great idea... I got so bored of the tired old windows look day and night.
