Firefox in a Corporate Environment
Posted 19 March 2012 - 03:41 PM
Anyway, I thought I'd give something back in the way of my experience with deploying Firefox in a corporate environment.
N.B. I am not in anyway affiliated with FRONTMOTION.
I'm currently using the Frontmotion Community Edition 10.0.0.2 version of Firefox.
I have deployed via GPO, and have all the proxy settings set, etc.
I also have it set so none of the users can install add-ons/extensions (which was always a worry).
It doesn't cost anything (although there is a paid version that will add add-ons for you etc).
If you've been wondering about how to do the above I suggest you give it a whirl.
