Hello everybody,
I just downloaded and installed Netscape 7.1 because Konqueror and Opera just did not load all Flash sites and pages properly. Netscape 7.1 is the best browser for SuSE I've found.
I can't create a shortcut to my desktop to launch Netscape. The only way I launch it now is to Run the Netscape Installer with the run
script:
./netscape-installer
./netscape
Netscape loads after this process.
How can I create a shortcut icon on my desktop to just click and then load Netscape 7.1 instaed of going through this process everytime?
Thanks

Somethings whacky if you gotta run the installer everytime. I assume you are using KDE based on your knoq statement. Unfortunaly I'm a gnome guy. but I'd try this doc. It should be pretty simple.

Right click on desktop
create new
new shortcut to application
Give it a name
Hit the 3rd tab on top I think, then browse to your /usr/bin folder and find the netscap executible.
That should work.
