I've tried to installl both PcAnywhere and Laplink 4 to no avail. I get the BSOD at reboot and have to go into safe-mode to delete the program then cruise the reg to delete all references. Has anyone got an app of this type to work?

Try remotely anywhere, it's by far the best remote admin tool I've ever used. You can setup secure SSL connections and do pretty much anything you could while you were sitting at your pc.

There's a link to the latest build at www.betanews.com

Thanks for the tip! Much better than SMS (at least the overhead is lower) but I'm still hoping for a more direct view remote control experiance simular to PcAnywhere.

Believe me it does complete desktop remote control. You move your mouse it moves your mouse on your pc at home. Read a little more about it.
