NEWBIE so dont kill me :) Win2K and games ?

Is there an easy way to get games to use the full cpu and mem power in win2k .
maybe an easy to use guide for people like me that know next to noting of win2k.

that will help some but there isnt really any 'trick' to get games to run good just have the latest drivers and patches and stuff.
