Boot menu with 2 2000 options(Help Me)

Help Me - I have a problem with the boot menu.
I installed win2k on another drive and then it cocked up so i decided to install it on my C: drive alongside winme.But i noticed that the boot menu still has the option to boot to the old win2k installation.

How can i get rid of this?

I looked for boot.ini on my harddrives boot it isnt there.Any help would be appreciated.

BOOT.INI is a hidden file...try searching for it in Windows Explorer with the option to "show all files" selected...then just remove the second reference to WIn2k
