okay i have been running win2k for about 2weeks now

i play alot of starcraft
my question is
after i'm done playing the game
the starcraft box is still on my toolbar next to my quicklaunch icons

i try to close it but it doesnt respond
i click end now and it doesnt respond

i've tried ctrlaltdel and close it though the task manager and no dice there

it happened before and i tried a clean reformat and then it started to do it again!!!

anyhelp would be appreciated
