Same as for Thief, X:\setup.exe -lgntforce

That is the right command for installation but to play also install patch found here:

http://www.irrationalgames.com/shock2/

Also apply the Microsoft QFixApp.exe from Application Compatibility Toolkit both for DirectX version and Windows operating system options.
