Massive prob with new card

I have a gf2 mx and I've used drivers 6.34, 6.47, & 7.17 and I still get flickering in my games. Vsync is off and so is antialias, does anyone know how to fix this problem? I also have another problem with my tv-out,whenever I use the refresh rate fix, it screws out my config and I can't use my tv-out anymore. Can anyone suggest something to me, I'm tired of installing/uninstalling drivers

Have you tried the official 6.31 drivers?

I ran these on my GF2 Ultra without any problem at all.

I've since upgraded to the 6.50 drivers for Win2k and again everything is fine.
