I'm hoping that someone can help me when I play Madden 2001 and The Sims in certain situations I get the Blue Screen on my Windows 2000 machine. The certain situation is this:

1. I log in as admin to play games (this is the only way I can install/play games on Windows 2000)
2. I place the CD in the drive. The autorun of the CD begins
3. The game menu pops up I select play and after a few minutes the game crashes.

Now, when I reboot and log back in as admin (remember the CD is stil in the drive) I select the game from Windows Program menu (instead of the autorun of the CD), the game(s) work fine.

Has anyone expereinced this? Can someone give me a solution? The blue screen error is DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_EQUAL.
