Help with Yum

Where do I change the location of the server for getting my yum updates, I think the problem is that the YDL server is too busy and I wanted to use a mirror. Is there a config file somewhere I can add or change the URL?
I'm getting a err -2, Name or Service not known

Plus I can't 'browse' to that site.
