Twisted Mental 2 wont work on win2k completely for me

I try to play Twisted Mental 2 but it doesnt work for me compeletely

Like i get into it to choose single player then a car , but then after that when the map is loading up it gives me a error sound and i exit out the game after a black screen.

How can i play twisted mental 2 under win2k somehow?
i played it in windows 98 SE and it works but i am trying to get it to work in win2k pro.
Any help is very appreicate
