Unreal Tournament in WIn2k Error

I Have a P3 at 600 and 256mb ram and a Voodoo 3 3000 in win2000.Whenever i run unreal tournament i get an error message that says "The dynamic link library glide2x.dll could not be
found in the specified path..." and the game runs but in direct3d mode and not full screen.Can anyone help me?
