Help!!! Red Baron II

Hi,
I just installed this game and everything seems to run fine the movie starts up for the game and then it just drops back into win2k pro. I have nvidia 5.14 drivers.
Can someone please help me get this game working!
I use win2000 pro on one single NTFS hdd configuration
